Cookies and BuiltAir by NosmoTech

Last updated: September 2026

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. This page says which ones BuiltAir sets and why.

The short version

BuiltAir sets only the cookies it needs to run: the ones that keep you signed in, keep the sign-in form secure, and remember your display preferences. We set no advertising cookies, and no third party sets cookies through this site.

The cookies we set

All of these are first-party cookies: they are set by BuiltAir, and only BuiltAir can read them.

Third-party cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, advertising networks, social media trackers or any other third-party service that sets a cookie in your browser through this site.

Some pages load resources from other services — map tiles for the location picker, for example, and web fonts. These are requested by your browser as you use the page; they do not set BuiltAir cookies, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Analytics

Where we measure how the platform is used, we do it from our own servers using aggregate page and event counts. No analytics cookie is set in your browser and nothing follows you to other websites. Our Privacy Policy covers what we record and how long we keep it.

Turning cookies off

You can allow, block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Note that blocking the session and security cookies will prevent you from signing in to BuiltAir at all — they are what a sign-in is made of.
